ARE WE REALLY INTERESTED?

Are we really that interested in the Royals?

Is Canada that close to the Royals? Anyone can mention the benefits of ties with the English Crown?Who pays for the trips/comfort/security, etc... everytime they decided to take a vacation?

What the Governor General do by representing the Queen (paid by us) - collecting "thankyou"cards? It's time to cut the umbilical cord.

 I'm not against the Royalty...

I found cultural heritage, history traditions, very interesting and make my imagination spin... The Greek historian Herodotus (considered to be the "father of history"), and, along with his contemporary Thucydides, gave us a vision of the past and open a way for future historians to continue to remind us not only about the world's cruelty, anger, greed and war, but the compassion, the good, the discovers,  etc... by the Monarchy, and British Royalty is the most read and known Monarchy in the world.

Royalty is tradition in England... so let it stay in the country!

I consider British Monarchy parasites, since do not contribute much to the country, except for Turism... and to keep heritage alive!

Monarchy is the Past... there is no room in the future, special in Canada. Let's move ahead...

I will watch and post about my views of the Wedding (of the future King of England).
